I love discovering how to best communicate information, and am highly confident with evolving technologies. As a creative problem-solver, I enjoy developing ideas as a team and working collaboratively to see them come to fruition.

Currently I work for visual artist Jacqueline Hill, providing range of of skills including editing & typesetting her books; copyrighting and designing for web, email and social media; and managing gallery events.

I've worked with the editors at Writer's Edit, choosing pitching topical and relevant ideas and crafting them into an engaging, easy-to-digest articles for web reading.

Marketing & Communications Intern

UPLIT

My intern with Brisbane Writers Festival team took place during their rebrand to Uplit. I researched and created copy for email newsletters and social media, and I contacted stakeholders to update databases.

Editorial Intern

UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND PRESS

This internship gave me first-hand experience and understanding of the whole professional publishing process with both fiction and non-fiction. It was here that I found my passion for editing: structural, copy and proofreading.
